Record Exhibition inaugurated at Katara

​The General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation-Katara HE.Dr. Khalid Bin Ibrahim al Sulaiti, inaugurated "Record exhibition" by the Qatari Artist Ali bin Dasmal al Kuwari, on Thursday, amidst significant presence of artists.

​​​Through the 25 paintings displayed at Record exhibition, Ali Dasmal Al Kuwari highlights exceptional sights of Qatari life that we can overlook their beauty in the middle of hustle and bustle of their daily obligations. In this exhibition, the artist wants to send a message to the public inciting them to enjoy the beautiful scenes everywhere and he also shows some touristic places in Qatar.

Speaking on the occasion, the General Manger of the cultural Village Foundation-Katara, HE. Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim al Sulaiti said: "Katara attaches great importance to host Qatari ingenious artist and to present his artistic experience.  Ali al-Kuwari has an extra ordinary art involvement which deserve all appreciation and encouragement. Once again, Katara presents to its public a new inspired exhibition by giving the opportunity to a Qatari creative artist to expose his artworks and share his artistic and cultural vision."

Dr. Al Sulaiti said: "Being one of the most unique galleries he has recently inaugurated at Katara, we agreed with Ali al Kuwari to also hold this exhibition outside Qatar."

For his part, the Qatari artis Ali Dasmal al Kuwari exuded thanks for the Cultural Village for hosting his first personal exhibition. He said: "Through this exhibition, scenes of the daily obligations are captured specifically in the touristic destinations in Qatar of Katara and Souq Waqef. "It is a manifestation of a range of emotions and scenes that we might see every day without feeling it.  Beauty lies everywhere around.

It is noteworthy that the record exhibition will continue till the 30th of this month.
